Trinity Centerpin Reel 5”

The Blood Run Trinity Centerpin Reel is designed with the discriminating float fishing angler in mind.   With thoughtful design features including textured rim for better feel during casting and drifting particularly in wet and cold conditions, to the one hand simple turn clicker knob.

The "Trinity" features ceramic Abec 7 bearings for an ultra smooth startup on both casts and drifts.    The bearings in this particular reel were loaded as "fast" which would be suitable for generally slower water conditions where super fast startup conditions are required.

The elegant gun metal backplate is a matte finish, accented with brass hardware and reel foot.   The low profile reel foot design is not suited for side casting, and better applied for experienced casters who often fish in windy conditions.   The lower profile reel foot minimizes line blow off the reel during high wind situations.

The porting is an elegant but functional design, including internal spool porting under your line to allow for water and moisture drainage during storage.   The Trinity has a medium to slight spool width profile, and is easily filled with 300 Yards of Blood Run Floating Mono Mainline with minimal to no backing required.

Spool depth is also figured to be in the medium category, for the angler who may wish to use backing for assistance in reel startup or slow down.

Comes with a neoprene protective case.

Hand built and designed in the USA by Colville Precision Reels.

Great Reel!

The Blood Run Trinity reel is as smooth as they get. I love the textured palming rim, it is a game changer in wet cold conditions. If you are looking for a well built tight running reel check out the Trinity.

Trinity centerpin

Very impressed with the trinity centerpin ! I love the textured rim for adding drag pressure to the spool especially with either wet hands, gloves or semi numb fingers. The reel spins great and has zero start-up. Seems to get smoother and faster with every use, as it breaks in.
